- Public profile information: the handle you choose, which is shown on your listings and reviews.
- Listing and transaction data: item details, photos you upload, prices, and transaction history.
- Communications: any messages you send to Bastion support.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account and public profile.
- To process listings, transactions, and escrow releases.
- To communicate with you about your account or a transaction (such as confirming your email or notifying you of a status change).
- To investigate disputes, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
3. What We Never Show Publicly
Your real name and email address are never displayed to other users. Other users see only your public handle and, where applicable, your review history and Trusted Seller status.
4. How We Store Your Information
Your data is stored with Supabase, a third-party database provider, using industry-standard security practices including row-level access controls that restrict who can read or modify your data.
5. Third Parties
Bastion does not sell your personal information. Limited information is shared with payment and escrow processors solely as needed to complete a transaction you initiate.
6. Your Choices
- You can update your public handle at any time from your account page.
- You can request that your account and associated data be deleted by contacting Bastion support.
7. Children's Privacy
Bastion is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
Bastion may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
